Our prices include : the apartment, charges (water, electricity and heating),
cleaning before your arrival, sheets and towels (for short breaks only) cleaning at the end of your stay except the kitchen and the dishes.
They do not include : tourist tax, additional services (television, covered parking, pets…) and the guarantee.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Rental of the apartment : from the day of arrival at 5pm to the departure day at 10am.
The guarantee must be paid on collection of the keys : 300€ +150€ in the case of a television rental if there is not already one in the apartment.
Tourist tax : 0.50€ per person per night for adults and children of 13 and older (subject to confirmation by the town council).
Domestic animals : 25€ per animal per holiday. -
Television rental : 45€ per week, 25€ for 3 nights or 10€ per night. - Garage : 40€ per week (subject to availability)
Baby cot rental : 25€ per week - High chair rental : 10€ per week
Cost of cleaning : cleaning is payable when the apartment is not clean on departure
- Accommodation 2/3 persons: 33
- accommodation 4/6 persons: 38€
- accommodation 6 or more persons: 45€
Linen rental :
- 2 sheets and 1 pillowcase for single bed: 8€
- 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases for double bed: 12€
